Should you be dissatisfied with the service or any correction a refund maybe offered at the discretion of mocks.ie once an email is received to info@mocks.ie, clearly stating the following;

• Your name, student id, postal address and the email address associated with your account.
• The username under which you signed up.
• The date on which you joined.
• The date on which you made your most recent payment.
• A detailed description of your reasons for requesting the refund.

At the discretion of the management, a refund may be applied. We will inform you in writing of the decision within five working days. Where a refund is applied it may be subject to the following conditions; The amount refunded will be a percentage of your purchase, pro-rata to the duration of time between your purchase and the time you request a refund. Mischief Credits awarded to your account during your membership by the Company will not be refunded. Refunds will be rounded down to the nearest 0.01 Euro. No refunds will be granted if it is discovered that the use of the site breached the terms and conditions of usage for the site. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you believe your Credit Card / Lazer Card has been used fraudulently on this site please inform us immediately either by e-mail or in writing at the email address info@mocks.ie.
